The University of South Carolina gives an annual statewide mathematics competition. More information on this contest can be found at the USC High School Math Contest page.
The following are old contests that I was involved with creating and which were used to help select
the teams in South Carolina for the annual
American Regions Mathematics League (ARML)
competition at Penn State. The particular
contests listed below were used for team competitions. Teams of 10 to 20
students each were asked to work on the problems for 20-30 minutes.
They were observed and their individual performances as team
members were noted.
