1.3 Sat 9/12 (11:30am) Read Section 1.3, the (short) last section of Chapter 1. In this textbook, the last section of each chapter collects up the chapter's key ideas.
LaTex Tue 9/15 (11:00am) Note that on the course homepage in the LaTex box, there is a new link called Latex Lessons, which has listed three short lessons needed for the next Exercise Set 3. As explained the the Latex Lessons link, work through these 3 lessons before class. There is nothing to hand in but if you have questions, then ask me in class for a Zoom office visit.

2.4 Sun 9/27 (5:00pm) Recall that in class on Thur. 9/24 we were doing Group Work on the AWW boards and after class I emailed out your AWW board/groups links. Each group should work on their AWW board, finishing up page 2 of the 2.4 Handout. I'll look at the boards over the web Sunday evening. The AWW Board/Group links are now posted on Blackboard (a secure location, look on the left tool bar). In case you forgot your board/group number they are (with Group Leader in parentheses): Group 1 (Erik), Group 2 (Natalie), Group 3 (Jardon), and Group 4 (Ian). If you need to contact your Group, then you can use the Blackboard email. Just send to email to "all users" with the Group Number indicated in the subject.
2.4 Mon 9/28 On Sunday evening after 5pm I looked at the AWW Board/Group work and made comments on each group's solutions. Each group should read their group's board and correct their mistakes.
2.5 Wed 9/30 (11:59pm) Read Section 2.5, the (short) last section of Chapter 2, which collects up the chapter's key ideas. Ask next class if you have any questions but there is nothing to turn in.
