• REGISTRATION FORM:   Registration is free. For support requests, we asked that you submit the registration form by December 2. We are still allowing registration and will continue to allow support for late registrations if funding permits. To register, submit the form Registration Form prior to the meeting.

• SUBMIT CONTRIBUTED TALK REQUEST:   The period for submitting talks has expired, and the full schedule is already posted below.

• SCHEDULE OF TALKS   Please see the schedule of talks by clicking on the link "SCHEDULE OF TALKS". If you are a speaker and see a problem with your scheduled time, let us know immediately. Note that contributed talks are scheduled in 30 minute intervals. This allows for 25 minutes for both speaking and questions after your talk. We plan to allow for 5 minutes for switching rooms.

• TITLES AND ABSTRACTS OF TALKS

• REGISTRATION FEE:   There is no registration fee for participants.

• PARTICIPANT SUPPORT:   PANTS has a limited budget from which to provide support for travel. A visitor expense form will be provided during the meeting to request support.

• ACCOMMODATIONS:
  • Participants are responsible for making their own arrangements. Our December graduation ceremony is Monday, December 12, 2022, so it may be wise to book your reservations early.
  • We have a tight budget but will be able to offer at least $200 support toward expenses for each participant. We encourage participants to reduce costs by sharing rides and accommodations and by arriving on Saturday morning instead of Friday if you live fairly close to Columbia, SC. We also encourage faculty with grants to cover their own travel expenses.
