General Info for
USC PME/GMC members
For Event Refreshments Helpers

Basic Supplies
PME/GMC has a (locked-up) "supply cabinet" in LC 316A
(near the elevator). Ask a faculty
advisor about how to access this room-&-cabinet.
There you will find basic paper/plastic supplies
(plates, napkins, eating utilizes, table cloth, ice-cream scoop)
as well as
useable refreshments left from previous events.
So check out early to see how the supplies are holding up and,
if needed for upcoming event, pick up some supplies.

Pizza

We usually use Domino Pizza at 1124 Devine Street, 256-8151.
If you tell them it's for a university function, they might cut you a deal.
Tuesday is (was?) their 2-for-1 night.

Have the pizza delivered;
the street address for LeConte is 1523 Greene Street and
the student lounge is LC 311.
Either a PME/GMC faculty advisor or member can pay for it;
they will be reimbursed.

Soda
We have found that cans, rather than 2 liter bottles, work best.
Get it early and cool it down in the refrig in LC 316A
(put a sign on it "for PME/GMC").
