You can start it as a regular application. Go to
the directory of shortq.exec and give the command shortq.exec.
If the program does not start check whether is it executable, (you can
make it executable by chmod 755 shortq.exec) or you
can try ./shortq.exec. The program will run in your shell
tool. After starting the program you will see the main menu. The program
is entirely menu driven. Do not try to use your mouse, the software accepts
only the menu numbers as a choice. If you are just hitting randomly your
keyboard, the program will accept the first combination of letters which
makes sense as a choice.
The program will wait without any response for the first acceptable
input.
