Selection of Edit 
Boundary Conditions provides a widget to edit time-dependent general
boundary condition data by a list of patches. Options include Dirichlet,
Neumann, and Mixed boundary conditions allowing either a constant value
or a linear variation over each patch. See Section 3.2.4
of Tutorial #2 for use of this widget.
