Also of interest
There is a classic book, originally published in 1973, now in its 4th edition and in paperback, called
Div, Grad, Curl, and all that: an informal text on vector calculus
by H. M. Schey, that might be cheap on the internet (especially used), that you may want to pick up. It is light on rigorous theory, but it hits the highlights except for the change of variables theorem (which technically is more part of "multivariable calculus" than "vector calculus" if you want to be picky about nomenclature).
