There is no registration fee and feel free to just show up. While it is not necessary to let the organizers know you are coming if they have a good partial head count it should insure there is enough coffee and munches.
All talks will be in Humanities Building, Room 202. Here are directions to the meeting room from the visitor parking lot, that is from the intersection of Pickens and Penleton. The room is one of the university's new "Enhanced Classrooms". There is an Elmo Visual Presenter in the room: text written on paper can be projected onto the screen.
