ROT13 Character Cipher

ROT13 is a Python library which is given a string and applies the ROT13 cipher to characters and the ROT5 cipher to digits.

For example, we have:

Source Code:

• ch_to_rot13.py, converts a character to its ROT13 encoding;
• s_quote.py quotes a string;
• s_to_rot13.py, applies ROT13/ROT5 ciphers to a string.
• timestamp.py prints the current HMSDMY date as a timestamp;
