ROT13 Character Cipher

ROT13, a MATLAB library which is given a string and applies the ROT13 cipher to characters and the ROT5 cipher to digits.

For example, we have:

Source Code:

• ch_to_rot13.m, converts a character to its ROT13 encoding;
