  Test ppma_io.

TEST01
  PPMA_EXAMPLE sets up sample PPMA data.
  PPMA_WRITE writes an ASCII PPMA file.

  Wrote the header and data for test01.ascii.ppm
  Number of rows of data =    300
  Number of columns of data = 300

TEST02
  PPMA_READ reads an ASCII PPMA file.

  PPMA_WRITE_TEST created data,
  and wrote it to the file "test02.ascii.ppm".

  PPMA_READ has read the file "test02.ascii.ppm"

  Number of rows of data =    300
  Number of columns of data = 300
