PCX Files

PCX is a data directory which contains examples of PCX files. PCX is a format originally developed for images created by the PC Paintbrush program.

PCX File Characteristics:

• binary;
• Color support: bit map (0/1), grayscale, RGB and indexed color maps;
• Compression using RLE (run length encoding);
