The file inout_case2_movie.mp4 is an MPEG-4 animation created by the MATLAB script INOUT_FLOW_MOVIE.
In this animation, the normalized velocity vectors are shown. If the velocities are shown to scale, many of them are too small to see! In this flow, the tangential flow parameter varies sinusoidally between the initial value of 1/3 to the high value of 5/3, going through 2.5 cycles, so that the high value is reached three times. The cycle stops the third time 5/3 is reached. At high inflows, there are areas of recirculation, while at low inflows, the flow adopts a simpler form.
