We'll be working (individually or in groups) on Project Euler problems. There are a wide variety of problems on the site, ranging in flavor from combinatorics and number theory to numerical problems and geometry. All problems require some mathematical insight and some creativity with algorithms, and the problems cover a wide range of difficulty. Bring a computer if you have one, or go to the Linux lab next door. Everyone is invited. Only graduate students can be elected to officer positions.
